CA’ D’ORO does not guarantee that all items included in the CA’ D’ORO web shop are in stock at the time of your order. In the unfortunate event that an item is unavailable, CA’ D’ORO will contact you shortly by email. The main reason for this possible inaccuracy is that the physical store shares stock with our web shop. CA’ D’ORO cannot be held responsible of inaccuracies or typographical errors at all times. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. CA’ D’ORO may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although CA’ D’ORO strives to display the correct texts/descriptions, images and pricing on the site and web shop, errors may occur. Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the products shown in the pictures in our web shop can differ from their actual colors. CA’ D’ORO cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

If you have been charged a wrong amount on your order placed in the web shop, CA’ D’ORO will provide you the option of either placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. CA’ D’ORO, however, reserves the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case we will notify you by email. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically cancelled. CA’ D’ORO cannot be held responsible for any damage caused from using the site or, for that matter, not being able to use the site. CA’ D’ORO cannot guarantee problem-free, uninterrupted and secure access to the site.   

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGE 

CA’ D’ORO gladly accepts returns. Please provide us with the original invoice and include it in the return package. As soon as we have received the returned item and it has undergone a quality control check, we will credit your credit card. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the items, in that way we can limit the use of stolen credit cards. Please keep your postage receipt as proof of the package sent. Items lost in transit will not be compensated. CA’ D’ORO does not cover return expenses. 

Returns that do not meet our Return Policy (see below) will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

 

RETURN POLICY 

You have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return.

We do not accept items that have been opened. Items should be returned in original unopened packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

You will be notified by e-mail, once your return has been received and processed. To ensure your return is covered by our complimentary returns policy, please return unwanted items from the same country they were delivered to. Orders sent back from a different destination may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs.

 

RETURNS ABROAD

You are responsible for the shipping of returned and exchanged items back to CA’ D’ORO. Items lost in transit will not be compensated.

We prefer that international orders will be returned to us via FedEx or UPS to ensure that they are protected and insured during transit. However, you may return the goods to us by any secure means.

 

CLAIMS

All products are covered by The Danish law on Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to file a claim on an item. As a customer you can complain about defects that occur within 24 months after purchase. However, if defects or imperfections are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance or common daily use and tear, your right to complain lapses.
